VECTRON ORBIT — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Vectron Orbit (the "Game"), including its launcher, website, program code, graphics,
ship and character designs, music, sound effects, text, logos and the name
"Vectron Orbit", is the exclusive property of GhostKrisssDEV and is protected by
copyright law and international treaties.

1. LICENSE GRANT
   You may download, install and play the Game free of charge for your own personal,
   non-commercial entertainment. This is a license to use the Game, not a sale.

2. YOU MAY NOT
   a) copy, re-upload, mirror, sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the Game or any
      part of it, except by linking to the official website;
   b) decompile, disassemble, unpack, reverse engineer or modify the Game files,
      or extract its assets (graphics, sounds, music, code, data);
   c) use any part of the Game, its name, logo or artwork in another game, product,
      website or publication;
   d) create or use cheats, bots, exploits or tools that modify or automate the Game
      or interfere with other players;
   e) remove or alter any copyright notice.

3. FREE TO PLAY
   The Game is free to play and not pay to win. Donations are voluntary, give no
   in-game advantage and are not refundable.

4. TERMINATION
   This license ends automatically if you break any of its terms. You must then
   delete all copies of the Game.

5. NO WARRANTY / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   The Game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent
   permitted by law, GhostKrisssDEV is not liable for any damages arising from the
   use of, or inability to use, the Game.

6. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
   Unauthorized copies or uses will be reported (DMCA / platform takedown notices).

Privacy

This website does not use tracking cookies. The launcher only downloads the update list (version.json) from this website and the game files from GitHub; it does not collect personal data.
